Cyser bottled

I bottled up some Cyser this weekend which has a fantastic color and a strong cinnamon taste right now. For those that don’t know, Cyser is a mead made from honey with apple juice instead of purified water. I started it in November and bottled it up on Saturday even though it could have stayed in the jug for until March. I fermented it in a one gallon jug which gave me three 750 ml bottles and one 500 ml bottle. It needs to age now for a few more months before it’ll taste right but I know it’ll be worth it.
