Problems ordering from Spruce

Spruce cap strips and hardware arrive. Got a virus on my computer so I spent all weekend taking care of that. When I finally was able to check my email again, got a message from Spruce Aircraft saying my credit card was declined. The problem is, these are two $100 American Express Gift Cards. When I went to the American Express site the see if what was going on with the card, I saw all the money there and no activity on either card. What bothers me the most is I have been calling spruce every other day and there was no word this was a problem. I asked them if putting both these cards on one order was a problem and they said they could handle it just fine. I've never had this kind of customer service with Spruce. I called this morning and they're going to have one of the mucky mucks call me back. What happened was they tried charging the whole amount on one card when I had two $100 cards to use. I was able to get hold of a manager and after being on the phone most of Monday they were able to get it charged correctly and shipped. They also sent it 2-day instead of ground. The problem is they are always so nice on the phone and I don't want to get sharp with them.
