Homebrewing
3.5 lbs of honey added to a pot to heat to about 60c.
Heated the must, honey and water pre mead, to help kill any germs.
Added water to the one gallon mark and put in an ice bath to cool to room temp.
Activating the yeast with some nutrient ready to pitch into the mead.
The mead is now in the carboy getting ready to ferment over the next 30 days.
