Wing struts and wing alignment

I went over to Ace to pick up some Grade 8 bolts to finish bolting the wing struts together. Adjusted the elevator to be about 30 degrees when all the way up and 10 degrees when pushed down. This adjustment is according to the instructions written in the plans to help control the aircraft properly.
