Landing Gear

Happy Veterans Day. Found a few imperfections on the legs and applied another coat of varnish to clean it off and make it look better. Noticed that the wood under the axle is not smooth and applied another coat there too smoothing it off. Still waiting for the bolts to arrive in the mail from Aircraft Spruce. I took the plans over to the airport and asked if they had any I could buy from them but they didn’t stock them. They don’t work on wood aircraft very much and weren’t much help to me when I asked them for help.
