Landing Gear

Took a file to the axle and some WD-40 to smooth off the edges allowing the wheel retainers to go on and off smoother. Hit the wheel retainers with the grinding wheel to make them look better grinding off the burs where I tore into it with the wrench getting it off. Went to Ace and found the two nuts I forgot to order used to hold on the wheel retainers keeping the wheels on. Working on an adapter for the disk brakes coming up with some ideas on how I will be attaching brakes to this thing. The plans that came with the plane don’t include brakes to stop the plane when it lands.
