Wrinkles and primer

Worked on shrinking the wrinkle on the horizontal stabilizer and heating the glue on the ribs to attach them to the fabric. I then applied a coat of primer to both sides. I applied a second coat on the bottom side but forgot to sand it before I did. Cut some new sandpaper and got ready to sand the top side before I apply the second coat of primer.
