Used Floetrol in paint

Put on the first coat of primer this evening. Looked at a video about how to use Floetrol and they said that to add about an ounce or two to the paint. That's about a shot and a half. Temp was around 95 so the paint dried fast even with the Floetrol in it. The rudder was tacky by the time I was done. I didn't paint the horizontal stabilizer because I want to work some more on that wrinkle and do some rib stitching on it first. That'll happen this weekend.
