Trim tab on elevator

I bolted the trim tab to the elevator for now. I’ll rivet it on after I get it covered. Fed the Bowlen cable to the cockpit and secured the cable with zip ties inside the tail. I finished the control lever and discovered that the throw is only 1 1/2" and I need 2 1/2". I need to make a "L" shaped lever that is 4 1/8" by 5 1/2" instead of 2" by 5". I discovered that if I put a washer between the lever and the holder, I can move the lever easier after I rivet it together.
