Finished painting the door and put the hardware back on it and went over my work to see what needed fixing. Decided to replace the supports bolts with hardened steel bolts and the screws to #4 sheet metal screws. This was not an easy task as there were what seemed like hundreds of those tiny screws holding the door on. I saw an article about another pilot that build a similar model using standard steel bolts on the wing supports. Theirs broke while in flights and ended up killing the pilot when he was attempting to take off from his field.
