Delaminating plywood woes

This piece of plywood is starting to piss me off. Last night, took the clamp off and the plywood started to delaminate next to the glue. Glued that back together and this morning when I took the clamp off, it started to delaminate at the next layer. Glued that down this morning but may need to cut it off and splice a piece further up if this doesn't work.
