Cut out material for horizontal stabilizer

Cut out the material for the horizontal stabilizer. Was going to cut the diagonals out and discovered that I'll need to glue the bottom into place first, then cut the rest out. Glue the center down? Then ribs? Flip over and cut. Glue the leading edge. I do know that I'll have to make sure the ribs are glued down good. Maybe even stitch them. I'll check with Gleason at Arizona Aviation and see what he thinks.
