Cracked plywood and stuck aileron

Wing Assembly

Had better luck with the last piece. I synched in the U-Haul strap a little too much and started to crack the plywood. After a good sanding, I varnished the whole thing. Started fitting the aileron on the wing. found the I have a better view for both side if I turn the wing upside down. Was able to fit the aileron onto the wing but it's too tight to move.
