Control stick brackets adjustment

Control system

Ground the control stick brackets to get more clearance for the forward torque bearing. Mounted the control stick and it moves much better. Adjusted the aileron cables to try to get the movement about the same. Still need more adjusting but will wait until I attach the wings to finish that part up.
